pov-setup v1.2

Changes since v1.1:
- -u / --userDataOnly mode: skip every Palette API call and just build
  user-data + site-user-data.iso. With -c reads from the config
  (requires edge.edge-host-token); without -c prompts interactively
  for every field.
- Cluster profile matching now considers both name AND version so
  overwrite-cluster-profile works correctly across profile versions.
- OCI registry sync waits for a running sync to finish instead of
  failing when one is already in progress.
- CI: version in --help now matches the release tag (vMAJOR.MINOR);
  non-tag builds report <latest-release>.rc.<pipeline-iid>.
- CI: manual s3_upload stage publishes the tested binary to
  s3://spectro-files/quickstart/pov-setup (public-read), with a
  versioned sibling quickstart/pov-setup-<VERSION>.
- CI: ACTION variable for console/web pipelines picks which jobs run
  (build-test, build-upload, build-test-upload, step-build,
  step-smoke, step-e2e). Push/MR/tag flows unchanged.
- CI: teardown stage force-deletes the test tenant on
  paas.dersllc.com after a successful e2e_test.

pov-setup v1.1

Changes since v1.0:
- Remove -d/--deleteTenant from the CLI (pov-setup is creation-only).
  The force-cleanup + delete flow moves to tests/delete-tenant.py and
  is CI-only.
- New teardown pipeline stage: on e2e_test success, deletes the test
  tenant from paas.dersllc.com so each build starts fresh. A failed
  e2e leaves the tenant for post-mortem.
- Version string in --help / --version now matches the release tag
  (vMAJOR.MINOR -> MAJOR.MINOR). Non-tag builds report
  <latest-release>.rc.<pipeline-iid>.
- Release asset download URL fixed (was 404'ing on v1.0).

pov-setup v1.0 — first public release

- PyInstaller one-file binary for Linux x86_64
- Runs the full initial setup of a Palette VerteX tenant
- Flags: -c (config), -s (sync only), -d (force cleanup + delete
  tenant), -e (write sample config), -v (version)
- CI-verified against paas.dersllc.com end-to-end on every build
