pov-setup v1.1 Changes since v1.0: - Remove -d/--deleteTenant from the CLI (pov-setup is creation-only). The force-cleanup + delete flow moves to tests/delete-tenant.py and is CI-only. - New teardown pipeline stage: on e2e_test success, deletes the test tenant from paas.dersllc.com so each build starts fresh. A failed e2e leaves the tenant for post-mortem. - Version string in --help / --version now matches the release tag (vMAJOR.MINOR -> MAJOR.MINOR). Non-tag builds report <latest-release>.rc.<pipeline-iid>. - Release asset download URL fixed (was 404'ing on v1.0).
